With one of the largest and most sophisticated structured finance and derivatives groups of any firm, DD Investment structures and negotiates a variety of complex structured finance and securitization transactions.

Our team advise on a breadth of matters, including collateralized loan obligations and asset-backed securitizations, as well as regulatory capital offerings - on behalf of a wide range of market participants including investment managers, issuers, purchasers and sellers of assets, underwriters, placement agents, borrowers and investors.

Our partners also advises arrangers, originators, issuers, managers, guarantors and trustees on the securitisation of all types of asset classes, including trade receivables, commercial and residential mortgages, auto receivables and non-performing loans as well as more esoteric assets. These transactions have been funded publicly though once off bond issues or through medium term note or commercial paper programmes.

They have also been funded privately though private note issues, bespoke lending or other financing arrangements.

Trade Finance

We offer financial assistance through offtake agreements, structured finance and tolling models and develop downstream outlets that underpin volume growth.

Project Finance

Project investments are at the heart of our operations. We offer wide range of financial instruments and we take a flexible approach in structuring our customer needs.
